1. Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes , we provide 5-10 pcs connector free samples for test.
But you have to pay for the shipping cost
 
2. Q : What about your delivery time?
A: The stock goods delivery within 15 day, customized goods delivery within 30days
 
3. Q : How to ship my order ? Is it safe?
A: For small package, send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx ,UPS,TNT,EMS.
That's a Door to Door service .
For big packages, can send them by Air or By sea.
We use standard export carton.will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.
 
4. Q: What kind of payment do you accept ? Can I pay RMB ?
A: We accept T/T(Wire transfer),  RMB also OK 
 
5. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all.
So just let us know what product do you need, and how many do you want.
If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it.
For your reference, making a ordinary mould will take about 35-45 days.

and it's impossible to mark all of their price on a list.
